I spend A LOT of time at home…I LOVE it here. This is where all of my stuff is. This is where I make my things…big things, little things, all kinds of things. Here’s a look at one of my latest little things using some bits n’ pieces from my scrap pile.
And here’s a smaller one that I made for Brook. I usually make things in pairs or threes…do you have this tendency also? Anyway, since the weather was so lovely outside I took these critters out for some air (plus, the light was better for taking photos.)
This week I’ll be playing around with some more bug-inspired projects. What about you, what ideas have been buzzing around your mind? And are you ready to “seek?” It’s the perfect time of year for me to get outside and look, really look…and then create…whatever I see, whatever I imagine. I’ve got June fever (the good kind,) do you?

This looks great….love the bug! I ALWAYS make 2,3,4 most times even more of whatever I am creating be it cards or other craftsy things…the only thing I do one of is watercolor paintings.

I am a series freak actually….even when I leave comments…I leave a series of them. I can´t just leave you with one…it´s like a potato chip……….I can´t just give you ONE potato chip can I?

I do the same thing! Three seems to be my magic number for making projects. I start out with an idea and then things start going in several directions. I often have three of the same project going all at once. I just try different bits and bobs on all three until it feels right.
Love the bugs! So darn cute.

Your butterfly and bug are just precious. Yes, I agree series of something is usually what I do especially when my mind starts thinking and I just get on a roll. Yet again I tend to make the same things over and over and over. If I liked it once chances are I will like it a lot of times. Happy June Bugs to you…

Yep! I agree with all of you. Can’t stop at just one, and well, then things just sort of start to get out of control! LOVE the little pieces. They are just so sweet.
