With a gift from Mother Nature I created this little nugget.
The top didn’t seem to need more than these two tiny beads,
especially since I wanted to emphasize the golden wire cage, with something important tucked inside…
…”believe” is a powerful word that I like to always keep in mind. I often like to sneak small reminders of positive thinking like this in the things I make. In this case although the word is somewhat concealed, I know it’s there, safe and sound in its very own special container. And it helps me to remember…
…”If you believe, it can be.” Sometimes it’s as simple as this.

I adore your acorn charm! I love the way you use items from nature and repurpose found items.
Your comment at the end really struck a chord with me – everyone is talking about their word for the year, “believe” was the one that I thought I would choose but not being much of a “joiner” type, I kept it to myself. (Also, fearing if I chose one out loud, that it would go the way of the proverbial failed new year resolutions – so best to remain mum.) But seeing it here and reading your affirmation with it, made it all the more meaningful and apparent that it is indeed my word this year. In many shapes and forms.

i have always loved the saying..
“mighty oaks from little acorns grow”
it reminds me that as a mother…every season is important.
