I recently received my vintage cookie cutter ornaments back from Stampington (these pieces are published in the current issue of Somerset Holidays and Celebrations). Now that I have them back, I thought I’d pass them on again…this time to one of you as a gift (one person will win all three ornaments).
To enter a chance to win, please leave a comment to this post between now and next Saturday, November 17th and I’ll add your name to the hat. I’ll be back the next morning to announce the random winner. Oh, and if you like, with Thanksgiving coming up, I’d love to hear about your thankful thoughts. For me, this would have to be about Bill and Brook. They are the light of my life, and the sparkle in my everyday. So thanks to them my everyday shines with love.
Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday because it’s all about recognizing and celebrating the things we’re grateful for, both big and small. I’m guessing that you probably feel the same way.
May your hearts be filled with thankful joy.

Becky, I love these ornaments! In fact, i bought the magazine because of them. Last year you featured them on the blog and I fell in love with them, then i saw the magazine and was so thrilled to “know” the creator of the ornaments. Beautiful and by far my favorite ornaments.

November 10th, 2012
i am thankful for the generosity of others. for my girlfriend for putting up with me at times, for my mom who raised me and put up with me at times and for all of the people who perform service type jobs, like check-out clerks, who have to put up with me at times. we are generous, and we get generosity from others. i think this is the same as passing it forward, whatever IT is.
November 10th, 2012
These are wonderful, so simple and elegant. I loved them the first time you showed them, and I would just adore to win them. 🙂
I am so thankful for my son. He has been the light of my life for 28 years and continues to be so. I never knew why I was so lucky to get such a wonderful son, but I am thankful everyday for him.

November 10th, 2012
Your ornaments are pure creativity. You are blessed with such a wonderful imagination and inspire all of us who know your work, to look at objects differently. Your creations have awakened dormant parts of my brain and helped me. Thank you for that!
As I was born and raised in Western Canada and now live in Massachusetts, I have the good fortune to enjoy two Thanksgiving celebrations. Thank goodness for a holiday that gives everyone, regardless of religion, or race, the opportunity to take a break from our hectic lives and come together in celebration.
Blessings Abundant to Everyone reading this post and Safe Travels during the holidays!

How could one resist the charm of your creations. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. The theme of sharing is one to practice and celebrate always. Although my dad is not here to celebrate with us any more, my memories of him at Thanksgiving singing all the while preparing a fabulous meal together with mom remind me happiness is found always in the simple gestures and things.
Thank YOU for sharing, again, another of your lovely creations!

you know how I love these Becky but since I do happily own one already from a previous giveaway and don’t want to be selfish, please omit my name so that someone else may have the pleasure and joy of these ornaments.
I am thankful for so many things but mostly for my hubby, and son, my family, and my friends who mean the world to me. I am also so thankful for the inspiration I get from nature, and all living creatures.
Blessings my friend.

Oh Becky, these are so wonderful! I have all 3 of them that belonged to my Mother. She would bake sugar cookies every Christmas with them. I am thankful I still have them and can use them each year. I could never decorate them as lovely as you have here, and I enjoy using them to bake and remember Mom. I would be thrilled though to have such lovely set of decorated ornaments! I am STILL pinching myself, and SO thankful that our dream has come true and we LOVE living here in Washington, in our new home.
Blessings to you…

Becky, I have admired your creativity for some time. I loved the ornaments when I saw them in Somerset Life. It’s great to see larger images. I have my own collection of cookie cutters handed down from my mother. I am
thankful for my family. So many families have conflicts and arguments at this time of year. I feel blessed that Thanksgiving is just a time to get together and enjoy each others company. I spend it in Bellingham, MA
now but I grew up in Ashland and have fond memories of it. Susan

I am grateful for my family of course, but even more than that I am grateful for being a grandparent. No one could have explained the joy and love that having grandchildren can bring. You simply have to experience it. They are the light of my life and one of God’s most glorious moments.

Our Thanksgiving is shared at a local church with sailors from the navy base. They have no close family and do not get more than the one day off. So the church ladies prepare a good home cooked meal.

Have been missing opportunities to enter your wonderful give aways Becky. I love these ornaments! Great to be back here for a visit.
There is so much that I am thankful for. It is very difficult to say just one thing. I suppose I could sum it up by saying family. My family has always been very important to me. This year I recognize that even more so.
Angel blessings Becky.
November 16th, 2012
How fun! =) I’m doing a giveaway on my blog, too–a set of Christmas cards from my photos. You’re welcome to hop on over and join in. =) This Thanksgiving, I am grateful to be feeling better. I’ve struggled with chronic pain all year, and I’m so thankful to finally be getting back to normal life.
November 16th, 2012
Hi Becky,
Was wondering if you would share where you get your mica? I have some ideas for gifts for friends and have not been successful on locating any.
Thank you so much
Ellette
November 17th, 2012
Sure Ellette. You can buy mica tiles online at Usartquest.com. And try the local craft stores for mica flakes. Usartquest also carries small containers of mica flakes but they might be slightly larger flakes. Or try contacting Absolutely Everything (an art supply store in Massachusetts).
November 17th, 2012
Your ornaments are so sweet, I can see why Somerset published them! I would love to have the opportunity to be in your drawing. It would be so special to treasure these published ornaments. Have a great day.
Hugs,
Robin
